- Entrants must be U.S.- Missouri
or Illinois (in the St. Louis Metro
Area) residents who are 18 years
of age or older
- Employees of HardscapeSTL, their
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and promotion agencies, vendors and
their immediate family members and/or
those living in the same household
of each are not eligible.
- To enter On-line- contestants will
be asked to answer a list of questions
related to the landscape market and
demographic (including name, address,
phone number work number and date
of birth) of the contestant. By registering
for this contest participants assume
they may be contacted as part of
a sales promotion at a later date.
- All entries received from ineligible
entrants will be void
- Entering this On-line contest
constitutes prior permission to have
your name used On-line in other advertising
for this or any future contest without
compensation.
- The winners will be determined
by a random weekly drawing by an
authorized HardscapeSTL agent. Odds
of winning depend on the number of
correct/eligible entries received
and the order in which they are received.
- No substitutions or transfer of
any prize. In all contest on this
web site, winners may win one prize
within a 180-day period (6 months).
All federal, state and local taxes
apply and are the sole responsibility
of the winner. Noncompliance with
portion of these rules mat result
in disqualification and an alternate
winner may be selected. Inability
to notify prize winner via telephone
numbers submitted would result in
disqualification and an alternate
winner may be selected. All materials
submitted become the sole property

and none will be returned.
- Winning prize is redeemable at
all authorized HardscapeSTL Dealers
for any Anchor Retaining Wall products
or Bella Stone Interlocking Pavers.
- All winners must wait 5 business
days after winning to receive their
prize.
- Conditions and Restrictions. In
exchange for the right to participate
in the contest, each participant
agrees to release and indemnify HardscapeSTL
or any other entity affiliated with
the contest and their respective
officers, directors, agents, parent
companies, subsidiaries and employees,
(the "Released Parties"), from any
and all claims, demands and/or causes
of action of any nature or kind whatsoever,
whether presently known or unknown,
foreseen or unforeseen, that arise
out of the participant's participation
